-12 11inch balloons, 12 5inch balloons, foil number, rubber bands, instruction guide. (Does Not need Helium) I recommend getting an electric balloon air machine.

*IMPORTANT DETIALS:
-We DO NOT provide anything to blow up your balloons. You will need to purchase a balloon air machine or hand pump to inflate your balloons.
-If you purchase the ten pack you will need to also get a helium tank if you're wanting your balloons to float. (THE TOWER ITSELF ONLY USES AIR) If you put helium in the tower, it will float which we do not want.
-If you get the TEN PACK + TOWER and attach it to your tower, we recommend using a balloon weight underneath your tower just to make it secure. The helium balloons can make it drag instead of sitting on the surface.
